About Mikenna (she/her)

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, chronic illness, spirituality/existential exploration, and major life transitions.

Many of my clients have spent a lot of time in therapy, personal growth work, or healing practices and arrive with a deep understanding of their patterns, yet still feel stuck, disconnected, or longing for a deeper level of healing.

My approach is experiential, relational, and body-centered, drawing from Gestalt therapy, Brainspotting, mindfulness, attachment theory, parts work, somatic approaches to healing, and transpersonal perspectives. Influenced by both depth psychology and shamanic understandings of healing, I welcome exploration of symbolism, spirituality, meaning, and non-ordinary states of consciousness when aligned with a client’s beliefs and goals. I integrate nervous system-informed practices that support safety, regulation, and deeper emotional processing, believing that healing often occurs when insight is paired with experiences that allow the body and mind to process what words alone cannot reach.

I am particularity passionate about supporting individuals who feel called toward deeper healing, self-discovery, and transformation. I offer Ketamine-Asissted Psychotherapy and psychedelic integration, helping clients prepare for, navigate, and make meaning of transformative experiences. My work emphasizes thoughtful preparation, nervous system awareness, and the integration of insights into everyday life. Whether working with expanded states or the challenges of daily living, I strive to create a space where clients can be deeply met and reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-trust, and meet the parts of themselves that have long been waiting to be seen and understood.
