Many people who seek Brainspotting therapy have already spent time in therapy, personal growth work, or healing practices. They often understand their patterns intellectually but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to create the lasting change they’re seeking.

Brainspotting offers a different path by helping access and process experiences that may be stored beyond words alone. At Life Reimagined Therapy Group, we integrate Brainspotting withing a relational, experiential, and body-centered approach to support deeper healing, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.

Are You Ready to Reimagine What’s Possible for Healing?

At Life Reimagined Therapy Group, Brainspotting is grounded in a relational, experiential, and body-centered approach to healing. We recognize that trauma, attachment wounds, chronic stress, and difficult life experiences often leave lasting patterns within the nervous system that aren’t always resolved through insight alone.

Rather than focusing only on understanding what happened, Brainspotting creates opportunities for the brain and body to process experiences in ways that support greater regulation, emotional flexibility, and connection. We believe meaningful healing happens when insight is paired with experiences that allow both the mind and body to move toward lasting change.

Depending on your goals, Brainspotting may be integrated with Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, body-centered therapy, and other relational approaches that support healing from the inside out.

What Does Brainspotting Look Like?

Beginning the Process

Your therapist will first spend time getting to know you, understanding your goals, and determining whether Brainspotting is an appropriate fit for your needs. Together, you’ll build emotional safety, identify areas of focus, and move at a pace that feels supportive.

Brainspotting Sessions

During a Brainspotting session, your therapist helps identify a “brainspot,” an eye position connected to emotional activation or nervous system responses. While maintaining a supportive therapeutic relationship, you’ll be invited to notice thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and experiences as your brain and body naturally process what arises. The process is guided by your nervous system and unfolds without pressure or expectation.

Integration

Healing continues beyond the Brainspotting session itself. Integration focuses on making sense of new awareness, strengthening regulation, and carrying insights into everyday life, relationships, and continued personal growth.
