About Jared (he/him)

Men’s and relational therapist specializing in identity exploration, faith transitions, emotional expression, and couples therapy for partners navigating conflict, disconnection, and personal growth.

I am deeply passionate about mental health and personal transformation. My journey began with a master's degree in consciousness and transformative studies, laying the groundwork for my career as a life coach. Embracing the fulfillment coaching brought, I felt compelled to deepen my skills, which motivated me to return to school and become a therapist.

It is often said that therapy raises the floor while coaching raises the ceiling. I integrate both approaches into my practice, offering a holistic path toward healing, growth, and personal empowerment.

In addition to creating a supportive space, my approach also invites you into the uncomfortable spaces we often repress, avoid, or deny. It is within these challenging moments that authentic healing, growth, and transformation take root.

As we embark on this journey together, my commitment is to support you in stepping fully into your own healing, growth, and personal power. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to guide you through the profound process of self-discovery and positive change.

I am particularly drawn to working with couples, men, and individuals experiencing faith crises. My interest in these areas stems from extensive personal work and lived experience, and I am eager to bring that insight into supporting you on your unique journey.
