FAQ’s
-
Existential Therapy helps people explore questions of meaning, identity, purpose, freedom, and responsibility. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, it encourages deeper reflection on how you want to live and what matters most to you.
-
LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgemental space where your identity is respected and affirmed, not questioned or treated as something to change. Therapy can help you navigate relationships, identity exploration, coming out, family dynamics, life transitions, and the unique challenges that may arise while honoring your lived experiences.
-
Yes. Therapy can help you explore where negative beliefs about yourself began, how they continue to shape your relationships and choices, and what it looks like to develop a more compassionate and authentic relationship with yourself. Building self-esteem isn’t about becoming someone different but reconnecting with who you already are.

About Benjamin (he/him)

I understand as life gets hard we often experience feelings or behaviors that don’t make sense or overwhelm us.
I am an existential and humanistic therapist who uses a holistic, client-centered approach to cultivate growth and inspire meaningful change. I am understanding, easy to talk to, and meet people where they are. I work with a wide range of individual, relational, and family concerns.
